bacon flavored ice cream!!

did anyone see good eats on the food channel last night?? this guy from delaware (i think) is making bacon flavored ice cream!! they said he was a bbq competitor and he looks like it because she is big and wears funny hats. kinda like me!! he has to be a member here.:biggrin: they also had a segment about someone selling pig candy on a stick at a county fair. bacon flavored tooth picks, floss etc. good show,

I saw that last night! They left out so many things you can do with bacon! The bacon on a stick was just dipped in maple syrup wasn't it? I left to get a drink and came back as they were finishing it so I might be wrong.

I think we need a "what can you do with bacon" thread...

I saw that episode too, wouldn't mind trying that ice cream. Bacon works well with cream cheese, sour cream and cream soups, why not ice cream?

My first thought about that guy was for sure he was on of the Brethren also.
