View Full Version : keris Beans were a hit

I took them a family cookout and well there wasn't any left. I did the recipe a little different, instead of pulled pork I used ham load just pattied it up and tossed it on the grill. The rub was daves famous ribs, and the sauce was sweet baby rays honey bbq. Also used 1.5cups of fresh granny smith apples instead of canned. I had 6 different people want the recipe, now I'm wondering if you guys have any other "must try" recipes that I'm not aware of..

I'll be firing up the smoker with some alligator sausages, and boudin stuffed pork lion tomorrow..

I'm just gonna say yes we do enjoy the occasional picture of food be it BBQ, Beans, Pizza and anything to do with Bacon. Commonly reffered to as Food Pron.
