Injected this tri-tip and let it rest in the frig. for two days.

Switched to water from wine, came down with the Gout.

Seared for 90-sec. a side.

On a raised grid until internal temp. 120* approximately 15-min a side at 375*

While the tri-tip rested I grilled some Zucchini that I marinated in Italian dressing and garlic for 30-min.
