Got another one, with a camera!!!!!
Now I won't be without:rolleyes:
First shots are of Tamales we made-(used smoked pork and chichens from last cook) so it's a BBQ Pron...

Nice, I loves me some tamales and been thinking a smoked pork tamale has to be good.

Tamales in September?!? :icon_shock1: My family only does them at thanksgiving and for sure around Christmas. But, then again, there's really never a bad time for a tamale. :lol: I'm going to have to try smoking the meat this year for some of them. You're from Texas, so I trust your judgement (I'm from MI, but my family is all from Texas), so please be sure to let us know how they turn out. :biggrin:
