Finished! 16 hours, wonderful bark. Took almost an hour and a half to pull.

But it will all be worth it next week at the track!

It looks good! But 90 minutes to pull? What method do you use? Have you considered a couple of these dedicated to pork pulling?

One & a half hours!?!? What did you use to pull them? I either use Bear Paws or a pair of insulated rubber gloves, although those things that Larry posted look good, too.

That looks soooooo goooooood! Better freeze, & lock the door! If you keep in the fridge, it won't make it till next week!

That looks like a pretty cool tool!

I typically just use a couple of large serving forks, but also put on some latex gloves and pull it by hand. I'm a little picky about getting any remaining fat or crap out of the meat.

Great looking meat, that is what bark should look like if you ask me. Man I'm hungry again.

1 1/2 hrs to pull is an awful lot. We pulled 22 butts in less than an hour two weeks ago by hand. They look good though.
