Thanks guys for helping me decide on what to stuff my fattys with. I was all over the mac and cheese till I went to the store and saw some asparagus. So thats what we got. One stuffed with mashes tatoes, corn and cheese and one with mashed tatoes, asparagus and cheese, as well as 2 beer can chickens, and a small butt roast. Just typing this is making me more hungery. Hope you like the picts. Even got one with my helper. She always puts in the hickory chips. There's more to come.

looks great! ok! question? Do you always use the Jimmy Dean sausage as I've seen posted ? Or would any meat do?

I've used the Bulk Italian sausage that they sell at Wal-mart from Johnsonville

I used 3 tubes of kroger and 1 lb of 93/7 beef. The last fatty I made was a little too salty so Im trying to cut the salt alittle. I aslo used low soduim bacon.

It turned out great. But in-laws no showed, so I guess I have food for the games tomorrow. LOL

My daughter and I both liked the "aspigalis" as she calls it. It turned out alot les salt with the ground beef added in as well as the low sodium bacon.
