Morning prep for 30 lbs. of pork shoulder. Trying two with yellow mustard rubbed on them before the dry rub. They'll go on the WSM about 9:30 tonight.

Also going to do some MOINK's tomorrow after I take off the pork.

Actually there' a mix of japs, seranos, cayene, and the long one's you see are hot banana's turned red. Plenty hot!

I'm going to be doing a bunch of canning this weekend. Garden is overflowing!

May I suggest drying some of them, grind fine and use them in dry rubs and chili. They have a much brighter flavor then store bought stuff.
