Nice smoker you have there... a variation of a Double Barrel Smoker (DBS).
Welcome to the BBQ madness... and introduce yourself in the Cattlecall.

That is a nice variation smoker. Is that a 30 gal Gear oil barrel for your fire box? Would love to see some close up pics, and different angles, and welcome to the BBQ Brethren....

Smoked up pork chops and MOINKS today. I've had the meatballs
in many different sauces but I never heard of MOINKS until yesterday. I learned something new already cool!!!

Outstanding work good man. The size ratio between the firebox and the smoke chamber will serve you well - no need for thick wall material, insulation or thermal mass.

And you can tune that thing like any other offset. Get you some tuning plates and introduce a damper twixt the firebox and chamber and I'll buy one.

Pork Smoker
the cooking grate is stainless mesch with 1/4 '' holes and a 3/8 cold rolled frame.

I thought the longer firebox would keep fire farther away from the
smoke chamber and I have a damper on the stack. Im still learning heat control and timing. The chops were a bit dry today
but still mighty tasty .
