Labor day...
Ny steak, seared 2.5 minutes on each side, moved off heat...

My girl likes to fix the flowers. Ny steak, she doesnt eat thecattle, so i am grilling her up some of our neighbors chicken breasts.

seering both my steak, and her gosh dang boneless breasts. I cant stand them, but she loves them, i only cook them for her.

Plated and ready for eating. You can see her chicken over salad, all that comes from our garden. the whole meal came from the same 300 acres, now that is home cooking!

Neighbors grew some chickens, we had a few pieces in the freezer. We are trading them a turkey.
Blacksmith shop in Ferndale CA, one of a kind, custom made...good eye.

Great looking steak, HumboldtSmokeBBQ. How thick was the cut? 1 1/2 to 2 inches?
