Well, this is my first post but it will not be my last. I found this forum a few weeks ago and have been enjoying it. I have cooked a fatty, and the next one will be better. Friday the wife pulled a "london broil" out of the freezer and Sunday I covered it with a rub and put it in the fridge overnight. Fired up the smoker this morning and cooked it for about six hours at about 200-210 degrees. It came out tender and moist and very good. Sorry, no pics, but I will get the camera out next time. I am learning how to control the temps and the smoke. I sure enjoy my new hobby. Thanks a lot for a great site.

I see two infractions, one is the visit to Cattle Call, we always like to know who you are and what you are cooking on. And, no pictures and it didn't happen. It is just that important.
