Just what the title says.
Ribs, Kabobs, Conecuh Sausage, Burgers, and Hot Dogs.

This time I tried not using the 321 method, no sauce, and frankly I was impressed. I tried to keep the temp between 225-250, which was kind of hard to do with my Chargriller. We also had potato salad, baked beans, and all the sides for the burgers. (I know, no pics……) I hope everyone has a safe holiday. Thanks for stopping by.

The Ribs went on at 6:30 AM.

That's some great looking grub you've got there. How about some info on the Conecuh Sausage?

Thanks, Here is the website to their company. It's made locally here in Alabama, and it's very good IMO.

Man, that is a lot of food. How many were you cooking for? Regardless of how many, I wish I had been one of 'em!

I for got to mention the country style ribs on the left. However I did foil them on their last hour of cooking.

Everything looks good. What size kettle is that with the burgers and dogs?

I normally don't post plated pics, once we say Amen to the blessing, everyone digs in. My hat is off to those of you who do this professionally.
