Hey Brethren,
Been a lurker for a while. BBQ about 3 nights a week year round. Have thought about getting into the competition ring in a near future life. Food in Vegas pretty much sucks unless your into all you can eat. Originally from Chicago so I know what's good. Appreciate all the tips around here. Never had a complaint about my cooking but always looking for new ideas or confirmation of what I'm doing. Don't even remember what kind of grill I have but it's the barrel kind with the smoker on the side. Plenty of room for smoking hot butts. Hopefully I can earn full Farker Honers.
