After last nights extremely successfully test burn i went right into the first real test.

Also note my new black lid, :wink: which happened to come with a old style performer for $30 i grabbed off CL today :biggrin: I don't know what i am going to do it since i already have a RED performer, but for $30 there was no way i was going to pass it up, it is in great condition. I'll just use the lid for now until i find donor kettle for the black lid.

Excellent pron you've got there. Not use if that smoker can be classified as UGLY though. Nice work.
