UDS is a Pulled Pork Machine

Set it and forget it. Mostly. :roll:
First with the short notice, last minute, night before the cook call.
Second with the UDS blow back.
Third, of course it would rain for no good reason whatever in the middle of a big, one drum cook. I couldn't very well carry my lit and loaded UDS into the garage so I had to improvise a rain hat.
Fourth with the helper/friend/customer not showing up to help. As in, "My old lady is cranky, I shouldn't go out. Can't yours help you and I'll owe you one." ???Doesn't he already? He showed up right after I swapped grates for the last time. He wanted to know why I hadn't cooked a fatty yet. :mad:

Anyway, everything turned out great except my wife got busy and stopped taking pictures so I have nothing after we started taking the butts off. No pics of the pulled or pulling. Sorry, I think she ran off to Wally World and I didn't notice, she had been doing a good job of taking pics up 'til then. :twisted:
