the peppers were hollowed then I layered cheddar cheese,ground sirloin (cooked) and cream cheese, sprinkled some Cavenders,then topped with a slice of cheddar...they were the first I'd ever done so I don't have much to compare to but IMO they were pretty good...burned my mouth though!:icon_blush:

the fatty was JD regular sausage and ground sirloin 50/50 with 1/2 C Ketchup, 2T mustard mixed, package of ranch dressing dry mix, crushed snack size bag of BBQ chips kneaded together...filling wase colby jack cheese and crumbled bacon

It all looks good, I thought about trying a fattie with ground beef and stuffed w/cheese and onions etc... Looks like I will have to try for sure now..

Boy that looks goooood. So was that 3 or 4 pounds of meat. I just gotta try it next weekend. I still gotta try a basket weave too.
