Hey guys Im stopping by to let you all know a little about me and my family. Im a 26 yr old retired vet so I have plenty of time on my hands to learn and mainly eat my trials and hopefully not errors. I have been living in texas for about 6 years and my family my bandera and I are moving back up to the great northern california where I was raised. I recently got into smoking and bbqing about a year ago so Im still fairly new. I have learned a ton in the few days I have been reading so hopefully I will be returning some usefull soon as apposed to soaking it all up.
