I just roasted a batch of Hatch chiles with my weedburner. Most action my Weber kettle has seen in a long time. I seperated any that were turning orange. Anyone ever notice much difference? I usually just mix them in. I'll clean them up and portion them to be vacusealed and frozen.

No real difference in the ones that are turning red or orange other than they can be a little hotter, but not much. How did you do them with the weedburner? Hatch chiles are good eats. Stuff a fattie with some and some cheese..................mmmmmmmmm.

I usually freeze them whole after blistering. They peel really easy after thawing.
