Picked up the fresh turkey today that is going on the smoker tomorrow with the 2 whole packer briskets and the 10 ea. 10 lb. butts and the sign on the door said Frog legs......So decided to add some legs to the cook. Never done them but guessing they will take about 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 225 degrees. Anyone have suggestions I am open to ideas. if they turn out maybe it would be a good thing to cook for some of our outtings.

I love frog legs. Haven't had them in several years. I never tried smoking them, but it sounds good. I only fried them, likke chicken. To me it had the taste & mouthfeel of a mixture of chicken & fish. I wanna get me some.

Roger,
should be fun, they do dry out really easily though. Wrap em in bacon!!.
