Hey have been cookin a few things. Started off with chops.

After seasoning...put on small BGE.

Did some chicken too. Black cherry was the smoke of choice.

Man I agree, "Beautiful Grill Marks"If there is a score for Grill Marks, You just got a 9.9, Let me inspect them a lil closer to see if we can even that score out, Now where's my Fork.

Nice cook. Great pron!! Easy to overlook that spatched bird, cause of those chops, but it is great looking.

Thanks...camera is a Canon PowerShot Sx110. Great value..as I think it was a grand total of abut $250. I got one of those extended warrantees at Best Buy and the other one crapped out. The previous one was a discontinued model. They wanted me to pay the difference in price. I refused after reading the fine print. Well they got sick of me refusing to leave and gave me what the warrantee stipulated. Course they tried to sell me an extended warrantee on this one and I said "No thanks"....that gentlemans ears got pretty red....lol.

Thanks....550 dome....so what is that about 1100 -1400 degrees at the grate...give or take. Let the porcelin coated cast iron grate heat up really good before slaping meat down. Did not time it..but probably about 4 minutes a side.
