 I keep hearing about all the different kinds of fantastic rubs that are available from various venders and Iíd like to try some. I would just send off for some of the recommended ones; but, I canít take hot spices. Anything beyond mild is usually too hot for me. So with this limitation in mind, what rubs would you recommend?

3 tablespoons blackpepper(coarse ground)
3 Tablespoons coarse salt(kosher)
1 Tablespoon hickory smoked salt(or more coarse salt)

What has been mentioned above, plus Big Brother Smoke's Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy Rub. I use Todd's Dirt www.toddsdirt.com (http://www.toddsdirt.com) on just about everything except ice cream...
