Throw a hunk of applewood on the element and turn on the oven fan! :)

Beats takeout!

Put a lid on it with the hunk of applewood and turn that thing down to low....slow and low.

Yes, I do have two detectors in the house. My kids. When they start looking sleepy and can't stay awake any longer, I know the ribs are done.
