Billy Brother brought it for the corn and it was excellent I tell ya. I should have asked how many fit in there or can you place corn in the middle. Two trash cans second with holes 4-5" water and propane burner. I cooked alot of corn that day.

The theory is steaming it in a huge double pot. Holes with the inner one and water in bottom. Light the burner get the boling going on and put the lid on. I wanna say he said 1.5-1.75 hours. Then have butter and salt ready.

I made a smoker out of a trash can only to be told that it's not considered smart to use a galvanised anything to cook in. This was after many cooks.
I'd make another one out of steel but lately I've been having these concentration problems....

Leaves another meaning to a can of corn.
Seems like a long time to cook corn though.

As long as you have water in the cooker you will be fine as I have been told. Water will keep the metal at 211 degrees. The leaching starts at 600 degrees....
