First I roasted some Poblanos Chilies for the Grilled Stuffed Poblanos

I marinated the Chicken for 6-hrs.

On the Egg at 400* for 5-min. a side, the Chilies when the cheese is melted

Quick question Ross, are pablano peppers mild or more like a halapeno?

They sure look good, if mild will have to try your recipe.

That stuff looks great! I'm gonna try the chicken this week! Did you make the Poblanos just like the recipe? Yellow Rice? Like Saffron Rice?
