View Full Version : BGE Peach Crisp photos

I forgot to post these the the other day. I had some peaches that needed to e used that were really great, so I thought of doing a crisp with them. I used an Anne Burrell recipe because it called for individual ramekins.

The recipe is easy, and found here (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/anne-burrell/peach-crisp-recipe/index.html). The crisp part is more of a mix between a regular crisp and a crust, but tasted great.

Sorry, guests were over, so the only photos are "after" shots.

Really, really nice, Curt. I love doing rustic desserts like this. I prefer them to a more finished presentation. Superb.
