Wagyu chuck steak dinner - PRON added

Picked up a small wagyu chunk of chuck. I split it to make 2 steaks. Going hot and fast on the mini. Pics to come shortly.

Here they are. A thin coat of Parkay and a little Dizzy Pig Cow Lick. I fired the mini to 500 dome, so maybe 600 grate level. Cooked about a total of 6 minutes. It was so tender and juicy that I never sat down. Ate at the counter next to the stove. Only side was some garlic toast I threw together when the meat was resting. Not bad for $9 worth of meat.

I may stop on the way home to see if they have anymore. I'll eat these chuck steaks over regular ribeyes everyday. And at $4.50 per steak, the price of a good burger.
