Hey Everyone!,
Tryin' to dry out here in PA ... So tired of the rain...:frown:
Any who...
Question: When bbq'n a whole pork shoulder do you treat it the same as you would as a bone-in pork butt?

Thanks in advance for the help and Happy Father's Day to all you fathers out there,
Capt

I would imagine to cook it basically on internal temp. 195-[200-205].

So yeah. Season as you should and slow cook it to that range of temp.

That's how I do them. Both the same.

i have noticed they are a little less fatty than a butt. might be worthwhile to inject but otherwise, do it up the same.

happy father's day to you!

cheers,
