Did it hold temps as you had hoped Zilla?

It's amazingly like my backyard pit, also a 24" dia. tube. It just loves 250* and takes very little effort to get it there. Just hums right along, I haven't adjusted the plates yet, I'll wait until I get it loaded down with meat to make adjustments. it's just what I was expecting and I'm very used to cooking at that temp. It should be a very easy transition.

True Texas style, under the shade tree. That is one sweet rig. Is it the same length as your backyard gator?

Thank you, It's a custom design all of the pits on the website are just starting points. They are all custom.

Indeed I'm very fortunate to have two pits. They are parked next to each other you just can't tell in the picture.

We're putting just starting to put that together now. October is a busy month so their is a chance the trip will get scuttled. It's wait and see right now.
