I was just in Taiwan and actually watched them cook duck in an oven that looks just like that, street corner vendors, something to see. They are on every inch of the street, cooking something. It actually looked like they made the oven just for cooking duck, you know they eat a lot of duck!!

They all look like Ducks to me..
Duck is very greasy, you will have to
drain your grease catcher a few times
or you could have a grease fire..
I love it but my family could live without
me ever cooking duck again.. :shock:
