8 butts for Pulled Pork sandwiches
120 marinated Chicken thighs
20 lbs of Wings
9 lbs of Shrimp skewers
5 Alaskan King Salmon filets

Thats what we cooked for the Annual Chi Psi Fraternity Luau party at the University of Washington in Seattle! My son is a Chemical Engineering major and this is what I do to honor his efforts.

Larin (Hog-Que-Holic) was gracious enough to accompany me and was a tremendous help, keeping me focused and on schedule-things came off without a hitch! That's him with the hat!

We brought 3 Drums and 3 Kettles to get the job done and the Magnum Drum was awesome! I had cooked the butts at home overnight in the WSM's for 15 hours and had them coolered in a Cambro so we were just grillin' n chillin'!

We had a whole lot of flavors going around besides the BBQ Pork and Chicken thighs. Jerked wings and thighs, Teriyaki and Lemon Garlic Shrimp skewers, Maple Garlic glazed Salmon, Lemon Pepper Salmon and Pesto Salmon. Thanks to Sheila-House Chef for the serving tips and Peter Cannon of Cannon Fish in Seattle for the Alaskan Kings- and Bro Hog-Que-Holic for all the help in pulling this off!
Here are some more pics and I'll add more as they come in from Larin.

Wow! That is what I call a spread. I can't even think about how much work that all took. Incredible job. Are you sure those are college kids? Man I must be getting old, they all look like high school kids. Way to make your son proud!
