Here are a few of the goods i'm gonna smoke. My buddy is going to bring his WSM to go with mine. We are gonna do 3 beer can chickens in his.
Plan on throwing a bunch of fatty's on also.

Decided to do the pork butts today. 9 hours on the WSM and a bag of comp. brick with some apple wood.

See, that’s what happens when I get in a rush! My first choice would have been anything Desert Eagle, I used to dream about there .50 Cal.
Too late now and I don’t think it would be a good idea to send it back to the chef :shock:
