marinated up a chuckie in fajita spice,comino,cilantro,lime juice,worchy,&beer then smoked to 195 & rested for a bit before throwing in a pot w/ tomato,onion,yellow & green bells,celery,& mushrooms.
served over lettuce w/ cheese,refrieds,&sour cream

Man there's a lot going on there on that plate. Looks great! This is one of those meals that my wife would make me change out of the good clothes for. :rolleyes:
