Yes it was. And there was still room for more (the bottom rack was empty), but I don't think we could have put any more in the refrigerator (or us).

I actually didn't look at the weight on the butts. I just picked out one of the biggest cryovac packages that Costco had at the time. Cooking time for this one was about 12 hours on the smoker and another 60-90 minutes resting in the cooler.

I would just like to thank you and all the bretheren for helping me to completely blow my diet! Nice butts! Infact, today I was inspired to cook 2 fatties for the first time. I hope the pics came out, my battery went dead.
