Not the ones you buy most often because they are cheaper. If I could afford to buy them all the time I would buy Nathans hot dogs. I can't so I usually just stick with Eckridge..

At my whole foods they actually make their own. When I eat lunch there, buying one of their grilled hot dogs is one of their cheaper meals. Oh man are their fries good. Anyways, they sell em fresh at the meat counter, and they pretty much are the cost of good sausage. Man are they good though. I have had many a dream of a whole foods hot dog piled high with kraut and such.

I had some hot dogs one time my parents brought back from vacation. I can't recall what state they were from but I do remember them being Angus hot dogs. At the time they were they best hot dogs I had ever ate... Nathans is comparable to them though...

Vienna Beef when I can make it all the way across Dallas to Plano! (w/poppy seed buns, neon green relish, sport peppers, pickle spears....)

But.....I boil them! Hey, they aren't ribs!

When Johnsonville started selling the Bold Jalapeno and Cheese sausages, all the other dogs didn't seem to wet my whistle anymore.

Bright Leaf for me. As far as I know they are only found in southeastern NC, but they are some kind of good. They have everything in them but the oink including red dye, which gives them their trademark red color. They are bright red.

Koegel's for me. I don't really like all beef hot dogs as much as regular scraps, guts etc...

I would happily never eat a hotdog again unless it was a Texas Tommy from QN4U BBQ House in Clovis, CA. Massive all beef frank, stuffed with cheddar and peppers, wrapped in bacon and deep fried.
