I found the 36" gas model (soon to be charcoal) on Craigslist which retails for over a thousand dollars and brought it home for $120.00 I'll tell ya one thing they make a heavy duty cooker for sure. High quality and great service.

no barrels yet. patience right?! too bad i have none!!

wsm will have to fill the void until the barrels present.....

on the charcoal conversion, are you using the wood/water container/deflector for the charcoal or creating a separate grate? i had dreams of putting a wood/charcoal box under the main unit with a slidder to cover the openings along with a deflector plate to fashion a smoker. my buddy who knows how to weld thought i was over engineering and made it clear it would cost more beer than it was worth to get his help!!
