Feeling better...gotta cook something!

Ok we have had the bubonic plague run through the house including something that resembles the flu and then some pink eye thrown in there:icon_sick This last week has sucked to say the least...so as everyone was feeling better I had to cook something

The wife was sitting beside with me when I was looking at Jack040806's dinner post from a few days ago so that was rounded up...Sorry these pictures suck!

Chicken smothered with peppers and onions all covered with colby jack cheese...the peppers and onions were sauteed first with fresh garlic in cast iron...Squash and zuccini (sp)? were foiled and cooked with it. I rubbed my chicken with jerk seasoning and the wife had some memphis rib rub...she likeka the paprika!

Looks great. I did my smokin' yesterday and probably will again tomorrow.

Tonight it's biscuits and gravy with some of the fattie I did yesterday :-D

Nothing wrong with those photos at all other than
they perhaps, they didn't taste as good as the food!
