I'd score it a 7 on appearance the foil in the rib box corner was bent a little and a few to many wrinkle's in the brisket box :icon_devil




but other than that they look great congratulations on the calls :biggrin:

I assume shiny side up is the way to go ? Is Reynolds wrap the prefered foil ? :mrgreen:

Needs Parsley. I mean the brisket looks good and all, perfect in fact, but we eat with our eyes first and, well... without Green Parsley or lettuce, it really looks unappealing to the judges this way. i mean.... hey? what happened to the brisket while i was talking... did yall? you did! You farkers ate it all!
