I just found this on chowhound, the foodie site. Thought it was a cool thing for a customer to say.

Neil I must be missing something my friend. What did they say that was particularly cool? Seemed like a pretty pedestrian review. The poster above loved the ribs LOL

There are a ton of replies.. the one that was indicated made several. which one is cool and from the looks of the reviews... I would not go

"Sorry, wutziz, but if Baby Blues is "all about the babybacks," then they should go into hiding. My BB babybacks were not tender. They were as tough as an old boot, without the haunting flavor of shoe polish. Across the board, BB seemed to have no idea of what BBQ should taste like -- as if someone had read a book on the subject without ever eating an actual meal. I encourage their fans to compare with Big Mista's ribs on flavor, juiciness, tenderness, and general porkuliciousness."

It's not often that you hear that your ribs are Porkulicious...

Mista,
What do you serve at your market locations, BB or Spares?

If only judges at competitions felt the same way this person feel about my BBQ...

Porkuliciousness

How long until that's on your business cards?

It has now entered our collective lexicon and will, of course, be taken to new heights. Turdaliciousness comes to mind quickly...

Moinkalicious? Briskalicious?

Here's another review:

"Ok, I went and got some Big Mista BBQ today at lunch at the Torrance FM and the brisket blew me away. I don't know that much about BBQ, but I have eaten at some of the well-thought-of places on Crenshaw and various other parts of LA. Big Mista's brisket was so amazingly soft and tender, juicy yet smokey. It's changed my whole perception of what BBQ brisket can and should be like.
We got there at like 11:50am and I was afraid they had run out of meat since there was only one person in line. As we finished eating and were walking out, I saw over 25 people in line. And the line doesn't move that fast so I would suggest going earlier."

I think they are saying you need to move faster when serving

Nice words there, Brotha Neil!

Sometimes MrsMista's aunt gets a little flustered when there are a lot of people in line.

Sounds like you may need a bouncer and some velvet rope...
