Going up to the cabin and can't bring my Traeger :( I am going to precook (smoke for 3-4 hours) the 8 pork side ribs tonight and finish them off in the oven at the cabin on Monday. Do you think I should leave them in the fridge until then or safer to freeze them (I am worried about ruining them).
What do you think? (besides that its not the best situation)
