I recently went to an old Czech guy's house that I know from church. He is the king of meat/sausage in the old neighborhood and has a heart of gold. I've asked him to help me with a large batch of sausage this summer and he invited me over for a beer to talk about it. He has this very cool walk-in freezer that has been converted into a smoke!!:eek: He can smoke 100 racks of ribs, several turkeys, etc, etc, in that sucker. Fiest your eyes on this bad boy! Sorry but the computer I'm using can't rotate the second picture! Just turn your head or maybe the mods can fix it.
