Did a little tri tip on the Weber. It was realy good. Got a cast iron biscuit pan and tried it tonight with mac and cheese. I cheated and did it in the oven at 350 degrees to see if it would crisp up. Needs to be more like 400 and next time will do on the Weber. Had to set about 30 minutes to get each one out. These little rounds were extremely tasty. Everyone have a good week!!!

Looks good! I almost bought one of those cast Iron's at the Swap meet this weekend. Guy wanted $20.00 for it.

I got this one, a Lodge, a couple of weeks ago at Bass Pro for $27.00.

That Tri-Tip looks great Meat!
Mac & Cheese? That looks better than any that I have ever had.
Was there a breading of any type used or is that just the cheese?
The outside looks almost crunchy.

I like the single mac servings, nice touch. I'd eat tri-tip 7 days a week! John
