First I took about three pounds worth of my Rib Eye Loin and sliced it up thin.

Then over high heat, I basically stir fried it with some salt and garlic powder.
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p198/jacob65_2007/PhillyCheeseSteak008.jpg
Sautéed some onions and bell peppers.
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p198/jacob65_2007/PhillyCheeseSteak007.jpg
Then while all was cooking I prepared a French roll to receive the goodness.
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p198/jacob65_2007/PhillyCheeseSteak003.jpg
Cut it so I would have a pocket and pulled the extra bread away from the top piece.
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p198/jacob65_2007/PhillyCheeseSteak004.jpg
Then I added provolone cheese. Just seem like the thing to do.

Added the cooked Rib Eye
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p198/jacob65_2007/PhillyCheeseSteak009.jpg
Then i added the sautéed onions and peppers.
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p198/jacob65_2007/PhillyCheeseSteak010.jpg
Then I added melted cheese whiz
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p198/jacob65_2007/PhillyCheeseSteak011.jpg
Then I put the top on and cut in half and Placed on a plate.
http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p198/jacob65_2007/PhillyCheeseSteak015.jpg
Then I sat there and admired my creation for a little while. And before I knew I had eaten the damn thing.:eusa_clap

Great looking Cheese steak!! I have made them with left over steak that was grilled then I sliced it and fried it (2 days later) it had a little smoke/grilled flavor.

Cheese whiz I haven't had that in years going to have to put that on the shopping list. When I was a teen Cheese whiz was a food group.

looks real good. I could never figure out how green peppers became part of a philly steak. born and raised in philly and steak sammi's and never had peppers except hot.
