Decided to make Moink Balls for the first time last night while I grilled some pork chops.
The ingredients (sorry it's a little out of focus)

Off the grill (on the grill didn't turn out, it was dark and the flash didn't work)

Did half of them with "Pastor Hamilton's BBQ Sauce" (another first, pretty good), left the rest as is. My wife and I liked the ones with sauce better, but both ways was good.
Do I get a Moink Ball certificate?:-D
