Looks good. did you use any type of binder to hold them spices on the meat. You might lose a lot of there benifits when the meat starts to heat up if not. Olive oil makes a good binder, I use it all the time as well as mustard and other things. Don't forget to post the finished pron.

One is a fresh picinic and the other is a pork butt. I make the rub myself. I call it Sonoran Q Rub. Its a cross between Texas and Latian flavors.

Actualy I rubbed a little Olive oil on it so the fresh garlic will stick to it.
Cant wait to see the finished product!
