Selected Chili Judge

Looks like Cedar Rapids Iowa is holding a chili cook off sponsored by Harley Davidson this Saturday at 10:30, from Our school and only from them have been selected 3 judges to judge this 35 or so entry, won't guess who is one of the 3? ME, me and 2 others will be in Chef's uniform to judge this event and I hope it brings in money for the fund they are doing. So look for pictures. !!!

How do you taste 35 samples of Chili? I have never judged any type of food contest just curious I guess.
