Here is my attempt at Turkey on the WSM, Thanks for all the suggestions. I also threw on some potatoes smeared with bacon grease and encrusted with a sea salt and parsley mixer. More pics to come.

Thats a Rye appetizer that my bro in law makes with sausage/pepperoni and a mixture of cheese, not sure what he puts in it for sure. They are very good.

Those are what is caled Hankey panks.........

1 lb porksausage
1 lb ground chuck
1 lb velvetta

brown and drain meat and add velvetta

Spoon onto small party rye bread

place on cookie sheet and place in freezer for 10 min then into freezer bags and freeze (best if frozen first then reheated)

Place on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 18 to 20 min. Crust will harden and they are great.................

I looked at the first pic, and was going, "Dayum! They got snow still in Iowa!" LOL. Then I see it was a 2-8 post! (Just kidding, my Dad lives in NW Illinois, and I know the last snow is gone, it melted there in July! :mrgreen:)
