Definitely Italian food..

Bottle of red wine
Warm, Fresh Italian bread with herb and spice infused olive oil for dipping
Baked Clams Oreganata
Fresh Mozzarella with Tomato, Red Peppers, Basil Olive Oil
Lobster Ravioli
Sauteed spinach or broccoli rabe w/ garlic & oil
Veal scallopine with mushrooms & marsala wine
Cannoli and Italian style cheesecake (ricotta cheese) and Tartufo for dessert

Took my wife there for dinner there a couple of weeks ago. Didn't know they're closed on Sunday. :cry: We'll be back.

:!: No smokin' for us! I made reservations months ago for the Pleasure Feast at the AZ Renaissance Festival. The food and entertainment are fantastic!!

Grey Goose maritini for her, Makers Mark for me,
2" thick filets, smoked for an hour then finished on the grill,
might smoke a tater for her,
salad,
Sonoma Cutrer Pinot Noir,
undetermined desert wine a couple of See's chocolates

Gotta find a card too.

Gonna smoke up a 2 bone rib roast, cheese stuffed twice baked taters, and lava cake for dessert. A nice bottle of Burgandy.

I'm with Mad Max on this one. We have reservations at a very nice Italian restaurant here, Avanzaries. The head chef is Tony from Italy about 5 years ago and buddy can he make some fine food.

I plan on Lemon Pepper fried Alaskan Halibut, Alaskan Amber Marinated Venison Steak, and possibly ABTs.

The MRS & I are hoping to go out on a date. I turned down Motley Crue on Valentine's Day once I saw the ticket prices - so we'll probably do the movie thing - then cook for her sister & husband.

Maybe have a drink or two as well............
