Temps were in the 60's here yesterday so I took advantage of the warm snap. Seasoned one rib eye with DP Red Eye Express and the other with S&P, smeared the potatoes with oil, salt, granulated garlic, onion was marinated with Zesty Italian Dressing and the corn was smeared with butter and wrapped in foil Kinda charred the steaks a bit....

Larry Looks great a little char (taste) on the outside while keeping the inside just the way I would have grilled it. Good work.

I hope you weren't complaining about the steaks being charred. They look perfect to me. I would want mine just like those.

I like a little char too. That may have been overdone, but without tasting it I can't be sure. You need to send a sample.
