Not sure either although it sounds like deal. Ordered two from the earlier post. One for a backup and gave the other to my brother. He makes whole hog sausage as a hobby and now has three machines going at once. He did 29 hogs last winter. Moving slow this year...only up to 11.

The 2830 is the one I got from them for $59. It's white not black though.
