Here is my attempt at a Corn Dog casserole. It tasted great but lacked color.
1- pkg. Marie Callendar's Corn Bread mix
1 1/2 cups water
1- pkg jumbo hot dogs
1- can Mexicorn

Mix together and bake in a preheated cast iron skillet at 350*F for 35 minutes or until you can stick a toothpick in it and it comes out clean.

If you'd baked it in the smoker or grill, you could have put it in the throwdown. Maybe topped it with some roasted red pepper strips, jalapeno slices, bacon and cheddar for the last 10-15 and let that get all good and bubbly? I'm only saying because that's what I had planned to cook today for the throwdown.

If you did it in the traeger then enter it in this weeks throwdown... That looks good!
