Every Christmas we always make tamales , or pozole for dinner, but this year we wanted to change it a bit, so we decided to make frijoles charros (cowboy beans) which are peruvian beans with bacon,onions,tomatos,cilantro, and weenies. And for the proteins baby back ribs, and tri tip... Man everything was over the top and extremely good .. Enjoys guys
